Family+Farm=Farmily

We live where we work, and our team on-farm does too.  There is a sense of community on-farm, as we pull together when there are challenges.  We developed and trademarked the word FARMILY to represent our farming family, a living philosophy, or intentional community.

The environment we live in as farmers are always changing, volatile and dynamic.  We cannot leave the farm and expect that the farm will be ok if we locked the gate and walked away for a month.  Everything is moving, living, and changing, so we must also be ready for anything that comes our way.  This is why having a great team who knows the intricacies of the whole operation is so important.
